Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Live group courses 
  • 1-on-1 private coaching lessons 

TradeMarc Tutoring (“TMT”) is committed to providing clear, fair, and transparent refund and cancellation policies. Please read carefully before making a purchase. 

  1. General Refund Principles 

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email. 
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method. 
  • EU 14-day withdrawal rights apply only if the service has not yet started or been accessed. 
  • Access to digital course content (pre/post lesson activities) voids the automatic right to cancel under EU law.

2. Live Group Courses

Booking cut-off 

Enrolments close 72 hours before the course start date (or earlier if the cohort is full). 

Cancellation (before course starts) 

Refund allowed if requested at least 72 hours before the first class begins. 

After course starts 

❌ No refunds. 

Missed sessions 

❌ Not refundable or transferable. 

Substituting another person 

❌ Not allowed. 

Time slot commitment 

Refunds or transfers must be requested at least 72 hours before the course start date. After this time, your seat in the selected schedule and time slot (15:00 CET or 16:05 CET) is confirmed and non-transferable. 

If TMT cancels 

✅ Full refund or transfer to another cohort offered. 

 

3. 1-on-1 Private Lessons

Lesson duration 

55 minutes per session. 

Trial lesson 

Available once per student at a reduced price. Trials cannot be repurchased. 

Cancel/reschedule (before lesson) 

✅ Allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

Cancel/reschedule (within 24 hours) 

❌ Lesson counted as used (no refund). 

No-show 

❌ Lesson counted as used. 

Lesson packages 

❌ Non-refundable once purchased. All sessions must be used within 3 months. 

If teacher cancels 

✅ Lesson rescheduled at no extra cost. 

 

4. Platform Errors or Technical Issues 

If you are unable to access a paid course or lesson due to a technical error caused by TMT: 

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours. 
  • Include details and screenshots if possible. 
  • Verified cases may receive:
    • A rescheduled class, OR 
    • A credit toward future lessons, OR 
    • A refund, depending on the situation. 

 

5. How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund or cancellation, please email: [email protected] 

Include: 

  • Your full name 
  • Email used during registration 
  • The course or lesson booked 
  • The reason for your request 

Response Time: Within 5 business days 

Processing: Approved refunds completed within 14 days 

 

 6. Changes to This Policy 

TMT may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when needed. The latest version will always be available at:
