While we strive to offer professional and effective services, TradeMarc Tutoring is not liable for dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or personal decisions based on our materials.
Service Description
A Live Demo Session is a one-time, 45-minute live group coaching session, delivered online via Zoom.
Fee & Access
The fee of €9.99 grants access to one specific scheduled session.
Seat Reservation
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a seat in a limited-capacity cohort (typically 4–6 participants).
Upon successful payment, your seat is immediately reserved and removed from public availability.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:
Express Consent & Waiver
By completing your purchase, you expressly request that the service (including seat reservation and administrative preparation) begins immediately during the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
You acknowledge and agree that once the service has been fully performed, or where the service relates to a specific date and time, your right of withdrawal is forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Date-Specific Service Exemption
As the Live Demo Session is an educational service provided on a specific date and time, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to late cancellations or non-attendance.
More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for either:
a full refund, or
a free reschedule to a future available session.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
The session fee is retained to cover the cost of the reserved seat, which cannot reasonably be reallocated on short notice.
Any Live Demo Session booked to take place within 24 hours of the time of purchase is classified as a Final Sale.
Due to the imminence of delivery, the service is considered to commence immediately upon booking.
Accordingly:
No refunds
No rescheduling
apply to such bookings under any circumstances, except where TradeMarc Tutoring cancels the session.
Punctuality
To maintain a focused learning environment, the Zoom room will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals will not be admitted.
No-Show
Failure to attend the session, or attempting to join after the room is locked, constitutes a No-Show.
In such cases, the session is deemed fully delivered, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Participants are responsible for ensuring:
a stable internet connection
a functioning webcam and microphone
Video Participation
Active participation with video enabled is required, as the session is an interactive communication workshop.
From time to time, TradeMarc Tutoring may offer complimentary or discounted Live Demo Sessions as part of limited promotional campaigns.
For this specific promotion, the following terms apply:
Complimentary demo sessions are limited to 30 total participants, delivered across multiple small-group sessions.
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and is delivered live online.
Participation is limited to one demo session per person. Duplicate bookings may be cancelled to ensure fair access.
The standard price of a Live Demo Session is €9.99. During this promotion, selected sessions are offered at no cost.
Complimentary demo sessions carry no monetary value and cannot be applied, credited, or deducted toward the purchase of any paid course.
Participation in a demo session does not create any obligation to enrol in a paid program.
Demo sessions are introductory in nature and may not include full course content.
Demo places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
TradeMarc Tutoring reserves the right to reschedule sessions or withdraw the promotion once capacity has been reached.
