By using this website, registering for any course, or booking private coaching, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. 

1. About TradeMarc Tutoring (TMT) 

TradeMarc Tutoring is an online education platform that offers: 

  • Live group Business English courses (via Zoom) 
  • Private 1:1 English coaching (by request) 

Our mission is to provide professional English training for international learners in real business situations. 

 2. Who Can Use TMT 

TMT is designed for adult learners. By registering, you confirm that: 

  • You are 18 years or older 
  • Your English level is B1 or higher (or you are actively working toward it) 

⚠️ If your level is below B1, TMT reserves the right to recommend 1:1 coaching first before joining group courses. 

 3. Your Account 

To use TMT services, you must create a personal account. You agree: 

  • Not to share your login details with anyone 
  • Not to use someone else’s account 
  • To keep your contact details accurate and up to date 

TMT may suspend or remove accounts that show misuse or breach policies. 

4. Service Access 

Your access depends on what you purchase. You may have access to: 

  • Live group courses (fixed schedule, 12 sessions) 
  • 1:1 private coaching (single sessions or lesson packages) 

TMT may update service features, prices, or benefits at any time. Any changes will not affect services already purchased. 

5. Terms for Live Group Courses 

By purchasing a live group course, you agree to: 

  • Attend sessions at the scheduled times 
  • Participate actively and respectfully 
  • Follow all booking and attendance policies 

Important Notes: 

  • Courses are delivered at fixed global time slots (15:00–16:00 CET or 16:05–17:05 CET). 
  • By enrolling, you agree to attend at the chosen slot for the full duration of the course. 
  • Bookings close 72 hours before the course start date or when a cohort is full 
  • Refunds are only available if requested at least 72 hours before the first class begins 
  • No refunds are given after the course starts 
  • Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled 
  • Courses cannot be paused, split, or transferred to another person 
  • TMT may reschedule lessons with reasonable notice if required 

6. Terms for 1:1 Coaching 

By booking 1:1 coaching, you agree to the following: 

  • Lesson Duration: Each lesson is 55 minutes. 
  • Trial Lessons: Available once per student (30 minutes, reduced price). Trials cannot be repurchased. 
  • Lesson Options: You may book single lessons or lesson packages. Packages must be used within 3 months of purchase. 
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    • At least 24 hours’ notice required 
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are charged in full 
    • No-shows are charged in full 
  • Teacher Cancellation: If your teacher cancels, your lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 
  • Materials & Feedback: Teachers may provide personalized notes, activities, or feedback after lessons.

7. Respectful Conduct 

You agree to: 

  • Use appropriate, professional language in lessons and communications 
  • Respect teachers and other students 
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior 

TMT reserves the right to suspend access for violations of this policy. 

8. Content & Intellectual Property 

All lesson plans, materials, videos, and branding are the property of TradeMarc Tutoring or licensed third-party providers (e.g., educational tools such as Off2Class). 

You may not: 

  • Download, copy, or share TMT or licensed materials without permission 
  • Re-upload content to other platforms 
  • Use course materials outside of personal learning 

9. Payments 

  • Payments are processed through Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). 
  • All prices are shown in Euros (€) and may include VAT if applicable. 
  • Access is granted only after successful payment. 
  • TMT does not store your full card details. 

10. Refunds & Cancellations 

Refunds follow EU guidelines and TMT internal policy: 

  • Group Courses: Refunds are only available if requested at least 72 hours before the first class begins. No refunds after the course starts. 
  • 1:1 Coaching: Trial lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical errors on TMT’s side. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. 
  • Missed Lessons: No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations. 

11. Certificates 

Certificates of completion are provided for group courses if you attend at least 75% of classes. 

  • Certificates are issued digitally through your Dashboard. 
  • If you do not receive your certificate, contact support within 14 days after your course ends. 

12. Technical Issues 

TMT will do its best to provide uninterrupted service. However, we are not responsible for: 

  • Downtime caused by internet or technical issues 
  • Bugs in third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, LearnDash) 
  • User-side failures (e.g., poor internet connection, outdated Zoom client) 

Students are responsible for: 

  • Having a stable internet connection 
  • Using updated Zoom and browser software 
  • Ensuring their device is suitable for online classes 

13. Data Privacy & GDPR 

TMT complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

  • Your personal data is stored securely and only used to provide our services. 
  • We do not share your data with third parties, except as required for payment processing. 
  • You may contact [email protected] for any GDPR or data-related requests. 

14. Legal Terms & Jurisdiction 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. 
  • In case of dispute, you agree to first contact TMT to resolve the issue. 
  • If unresolved, cases will be handled by the courts in Spain. 

15. Disclaimer of Guarantees 

TradeMarc Tutoring provides high-quality educational content and interactive experiences designed to help you improve your Business English. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as job offers, promotions, or performance outcomes. 

All users learn at different speeds and apply knowledge in different ways. Your progress will depend on your individual effort, participation, and background. 

While we strive to offer professional and effective services, TradeMarc Tutoring is not liable for dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or personal decisions based on our materials. 

16. Live Demo Sessions Policy

16.1 Service Description & Payment

Service Description
A Live Demo Session is a one-time, 45-minute live group coaching session, delivered online via Zoom.

Fee & Access
The fee of €9.99 grants access to one specific scheduled session.

Seat Reservation
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a seat in a limited-capacity cohort (typically 4–6 participants).
Upon successful payment, your seat is immediately reserved and removed from public availability.

16.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU & Spain Consumer Compliance)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:

Express Consent & Waiver
By completing your purchase, you expressly request that the service (including seat reservation and administrative preparation) begins immediately during the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

You acknowledge and agree that once the service has been fully performed, or where the service relates to a specific date and time, your right of withdrawal is forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Date-Specific Service Exemption
As the Live Demo Session is an educational service provided on a specific date and time, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to late cancellations or non-attendance.

16.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling

More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for either:

  • a full refund, or

  • a free reschedule to a future available session.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
The session fee is retained to cover the cost of the reserved seat, which cannot reasonably be reallocated on short notice.

16.4 Final Sale – Short-Notice Bookings

Any Live Demo Session booked to take place within 24 hours of the time of purchase is classified as a Final Sale.

Due to the imminence of delivery, the service is considered to commence immediately upon booking.

Accordingly:

  • No refunds

  • No rescheduling

apply to such bookings under any circumstances, except where TradeMarc Tutoring cancels the session.

16.5 Attendance & No-Show Policy

Punctuality
To maintain a focused learning environment, the Zoom room will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals will not be admitted.

No-Show
Failure to attend the session, or attempting to join after the room is locked, constitutes a No-Show.
In such cases, the session is deemed fully delivered, and no refund or credit will be issued.

16.6 Technical & Participation Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring:

  • a stable internet connection

  • a functioning webcam and microphone

Video Participation
Active participation with video enabled is required, as the session is an interactive communication workshop.

16.7 Promotional & Complimentary Demo Sessions

Promotional Demo Sessions

From time to time, TradeMarc Tutoring may offer complimentary or discounted Live Demo Sessions as part of limited promotional campaigns.

New Year Live Demo Promotion (January 2026)

For this specific promotion, the following terms apply:

  • Complimentary demo sessions are limited to 30 total participants, delivered across multiple small-group sessions.

  • Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and is delivered live online.

  • Participation is limited to one demo session per person. Duplicate bookings may be cancelled to ensure fair access.

  • The standard price of a Live Demo Session is €9.99. During this promotion, selected sessions are offered at no cost.

  • Complimentary demo sessions carry no monetary value and cannot be applied, credited, or deducted toward the purchase of any paid course.

  • Participation in a demo session does not create any obligation to enrol in a paid program.

  • Demo sessions are introductory in nature and may not include full course content.

  • Demo places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

  • TradeMarc Tutoring reserves the right to reschedule sessions or withdraw the promotion once capacity has been reached.

17. Updates to These Terms 

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available at:

We will notify you of major changes via email or website notice. Continued use of TMT services means you accept the changes.
